I took this class over a year ago when I was pregnant with my son Anthony. I found it very helpful. I had good time, met new people and gained confidence that helped me to get through last weeks of pregnancy, labour, delivery and first weeks of Anthony's life. I went into labour with NO fear and feeling prepared which is vry important for every mother. Good Bless you Effie

We really enjoyed our one-one session with Effie. It was very relaxing!! We used some of the techniques she showed us, and believe me, they were effective!!

Yesterday we had our private session with Effie and it was awesome! You took away every fear and anxiety that we had going into birth, and now we are both just ready to go. The information was everything we could need, and the home setting made it so much more comfortable. the personal touch is always best. Thank you!

Hello Effie, We would like to thank you for your wonderful support and sharing your knowledge, experience and tips with us. Although I had a C-section but there was no phobia or fear about it as we knew what to expect if things turn around in a different direction. Baby girl, Saanya, is doing absolutely fine and very proud to be listed as a graduate on your website, her first milestone YEEEEH. hi Effie thanks for sharing your knowledge and tips during the Prenatal class. Your breathing techniques helped me get through the contractions until i reached the hospital. My labor was smooth. Effie, Thank you so much for your advice and tips during the course of our class. My labour went very smoothly, no needles and no complications. Both my partner and I used techniques and knowledge giving during the classes through the labour and after our little one was born. We now have a happy healthy Halloween baby! Hello Effie, Cory and I would like to say thank you again for all your words of wisdom and all the great education !! My labour was painfull I had that dreadfull back labour we learned about but we stuck it out and had a beautiful content baby boy (as planned)!! Hi Effie, Erik and I would like to thank you for your great class in August. My labour was intense and fast but our bundle of joy couldn't have come at a great time. The baby was healthy and definitely a hungry little man. His name is Joshua Reu and was born on Sept. 15/08 at 4:08 pm weighing 6 lb 6 oz. Hi Effie, We both wanted to thank you for all information and advice you gave in your prenatal class. It was so much fun and something we looked forward to every Wednesday. My induction was tough, painful and long but your breathing techniques helped me through my contractions and without them I don't think I would have lasted as long as I did. The birth of our daughter Saeko was absolutely beautiful and wonderful! We want to thank you for being part of the process as your private class helped us immensely in our preparation for, and our understanding of childbirth. Also, thank you for the introduction to breastfeeding. Your tips came in very handy in the first few days and now Saeko feeds like a pro!

MAellisa: Effie, I want to thank you for taking the opportunity to spend some time in teaching your course for my teaching observation preacticum. Your were wonderfull and i learn a lot of instructional strategies from you. I found that the learners engaged in participation and were feeling anxious and excited. Hi Effie, I just wanted to say that your teachings were great and I am learning day by day as he gets older. Aiden is now 5 months old and he is already 17.5lbs. I have been successful at breast feeding and love everyday as I learn new things about him and being a mother. I also have seen other mothers in the class you taught at the malls. It is a small world when you see other people from your prenatal class walking in the mall with their "new miracles". Just wanted to touch base and let you know that every new parents I know... I do refer them to your classes Hope all is well and hope to hear from you soon, Lindsay

Hello Effie, I wanted to thank you for the private prenatal lesson you provided to us!! You were VERY informative and my husband and I really enjoyed your teachings! In all honesty we thought it would have been a long boring day but you made the lesson exciting, informative and fun and the day passed so quickly!! We will keep you posted on the gender of the baby!

Effie, Just wanted to say thank you for the private prenatal lesson you provided in our home. You made my husband the "best coach" I could have ever asked for. I couldn't have done it without him. We were definately prepared from the information you gave us. We are the proud parents of a healthy 9lb 4oz baby boy. This was the best thing that ever happened to us. Sincerest Thanks Effie, Lots of great information presented during our four weeks classes. Your classes are a must for first time parents or even after. Its such great information and it is presented in such a manner, that it is easy to remember. I consider Effie to be one of the best at what she does and she absolutely loves pre-natal education. She is definitely someone with a gift for teaching and she makes the classes interesting and each individual has a great level of comfort in knowing that what is presented is pertinent and there has not been a question that she could not answer, not in our classes, anyway. Hi Effie, Thank you for the most informative classes ever! With your share of knowledge, I was lucky to have a good labour and also know what was going on with me internally and externally. Kevin was prepped for what to expect as well in the delivery room! I was complimented on how I was breathing because you always said "don't forget to BREATHE!" Hi Effie, Thank you for all the valuable lessons. The lesson that came in handy for me was the breathing. It worked and got me through the pain. For a first time mom I had a quick labour and delivery...less than 2 hours! from start to finish I kept saying (out loud, thank God for Effie! and I will say it again THANK GOD FOR EFFIE. Effie, Thanks for sharing all your expertise with us. The breathing exercises really came in handy especially when the contractions got bad. We still can't believe that we are parents, but it truley is the most wonderful thing that has happened to us.

I want to thank you for all the help you gave me. The fact that you had a c-section helped me deal with mine. I still have moments when I feel that I missed out on bonding with my son. There are days, however, that he won't let me out of his sight, then I realize, as you had said, I didn't miss bonding with him. He is an angel that has added so much to my life and he is so good that I have forgotten all the discomfort I went through after the c-section. I just want to thank you for visiting me at the hospital. You may not have realized how much that helped me to recover from the disappointment of not having a vaginal birth.
