Although the best time to take prenatal classes is in your last trimester (the ideal would be to complete them one month before baby is due) our classes fill quickly, so please register as far in advance as possible to book a class that fits into your schedule.  If you take prenatal classes too early in pregnancy, you may forget the information over time. 


Nutrition, exercise and lifestyle habits information should be obtained from your care giver as soon as you know you are pregnant.  This information will also be sent to you upon registration for prenatal classes.

In-Person small GROUP PRENATAL CLASS options. Select 1 of the Wednesday evening class series listed. Price includes 1 pregnant person AND 1 partner or support person. Registration will be processed once payment has been received.
PRIVATE PRENATAL CLASS options. This class can be held IN YOUR OWN HOME or by LIVE STREAM. Select all/any that you would like to register for. (You will be contacted to arrange a date and time)

Important Notes regarding registration:

  • For all GROUP Prenatal Classes and all Child CPR workshops, payment must be received for your registration to be processed.  We cannot guarantee your registration if payment is not received and registration is based on a first come, first served basis.

  • We accept cheque or electronic Interac money transfer (EMT).

  • Prices listed include all taxes.

  • No postdated cheques please.   

  • An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your Contact Form and payment.

  • For PRIVATE Prenatal Classes only please Do Not send payment until you have been contacted by us to arrange a date.

  • Refunds/Cancellations (less a $25 administration fee) are given up to two weeks prior to class start date.  There are no refunds after that point;no exceptions.  If you miss a class, arrangements may be made to catch you up on the information that was missed  Once you begin a class or a series of classes, there is no refund for not completing the class(s). Thank you for your understanding.

  • Your contact information will not be sold or shared with any group outside of New Life Prenatal Classes or added to any email subscription list outside of New Life Prenatal's email list.  To change your contact information or opt out of our email list, please email us at newlifeprenatal@gmail.com.
