Private Prenatal Classes
Private prenatal classes are interactive and very popular for those with busy schedules who cannot attend an extended series of prenatal classes, or for expectant parents looking for a customized class covering topics to meet their specific needs.
Private prenatal classes may be held in the comfort of your own home or live streaming, and are scheduled either on a weekday or weekend at your convenience. You may choose a prenatal class that covers the same topics as our group series, or you may customize your private class by choosing the topics you would like covered. Save money by doing a semi-private class with a friend!
There is flexibility with dates / times for private class options. Please call or email to schedule a date/time that works best for you.

This class is suitable for anyone who will be helping to care for the new addition to the family. Participants will learn about the World Health Organization's and Canadian Paediatric Society's most current recommendations for newborn care and safety as well as how to provide support for new parents.
